Skilled physical therapy services will be provided in-person in your home. Your first session will consist of an evaluation followed by an assessment and a plan of care. Education, manual hands-on therapy, and exercises will be provided as appropriate. Return visits will focus on the goals set at our initial visit. Sessions last approximately one hour. A superbill will be provided if you would like to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, and HSA is an accepted form of payment.
